Attaching Danger to Symptoms
Sunday, October 25, 2026
7:00 p.m. Eastern time
(60 minutes via Zoom)
Attaching “danger” is the practice of attaching the idea of danger to symptoms when no actual danger exists. Dr. Low believed that people often suffer not only from nervous symptoms but from the meaning they assign to those symptoms. Feeling there might be danger, does not mean there is actual danger.
Join Judi Bakke to learn how to distinguish between real and imagined danger, avoid adding catastrophic meaning, and learn to change your negative thoughts with the Recovery Method.
Everyone welcome! FREE but please register.
